Problems of implementing social control in the improvement of urban public spaces

The article considers the control over the use of funds provided for the implementation of urban public space improvement project at the level of federal, regional, municipal authorities and entrepreneurs. The system of economic and social control of urban public space improvement is analysed. The problems of the organization of social control are revealed.
