Problems of implementation of the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for the discipline "Physical culture" in military universities

The article analyzes the features of planning and organizing the educational process in the discipline "Physical Culture (training)" in military educational institutions in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education (FSES HE). The key directions of the effectiveness of the training of graduates are determined, the aspects of the planning of the educational process are studied. It is established that the educational process of the military educational institution has a pronounced special orientation of training, is associated with the use of materials marked "secret" and specific qualification requirements for graduates for combat purposes, which does not allow full integration into the Bologna education system. It is recommended to simplify the educational standards and to reduce the control exercises to three tests per semester for foreign students.
