Problems of realization of agricultural lands

The urgent task of the Russian Federation in the conditions of anti-Russian sanctions by European countries is to increase the number of its own agricultural production. In the course of our research, we identified gaps in legislative regulation in the field of acceptance by state bodies of the proposal of the owner of an agricultural land plot, as well as the problem of non-use of a large number of agricultural land plots on the territory of the Russian Federation. As a result of the study, we proposed to amend the current legislation in order to simplify the procedure for granting agricultural land to individuals and legal entities, as well as clarify the procedure for alienating such land.
