Problems of Russian science reforming

The article analyzes ideological, socio-economic and socio-cultural problems of the science development in the contemporary Russia. The author discusses reasons of the resistance the academic community put up to reformation of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The guidelines on overcoming of the stated crisis are formulated.
