Problems of regulation of the activity of the advocacy and ways to solve them

The purpose of the work is to analyze and evaluate the practice of law in modern Russia, always evaluate lawyers, fix them in regulatory legal acts, analyze the features of the regulation of lawyer activity, the relationship of the bar with the structure that organizes its regulation of activities, as well as identifying the main problems of regulating the professional work of lawyers and offering different ways to solve them. The historical-legal method, the formal-legal method, the method of studying documents were used. The significance of the work lies in the fact that it offers the author's view on the problems of regulation of advocacy in Russia and ways to solve them.
