Problems of corporate relations regulation by civil legislation

Th e regulation of corporate relations in the Russian Federation began relatively recently, in 2013, as part of the reform of civil legislation. For this reason, within the framework of these legal relations, there are still a number of urgent problems that need to be solved, since the corporate relations are both highly responsible and dependent on external circumstances. Recently, practitioners have noted an increase in corporate confl icts, which largely arise due to insuffi cient level of corporate governance. Th e article analyzes the civil law regulation of corporate relations, and also highlights certain issues that require the att ention of both legislators and researchers.
