Some problems of regulation of the mechanism of ensuring safety in sports and physical activity: organizational and legal aspects

Resume: The article draws attention to the problems of an organizational and legal nature related to the regulation of the mechanism for ensuring safety in sports and physical activity. According to the author, an intensive legislative study of issues related to ensuring the safety of the rights and legitimate interests of persons involved in physical culture and sports, as well as participants and spectators of physical culture and sports events, ensuring security and law and order at sports competitions, excluding the possibility of terrorist acts, hooligan behavior fans during sports competitions, manifestation of cruelty and violence, as well as other antisocial manifestations that have a negative impact on sports.
