Problems of regulation of interbudgetary relations at the level of sub federation

The article studies the problems of inter-budgetary relations in the structure "region-municipality". The statistical data characterizing distribution of tax receipts in the consolidated budgets of the Russian Federation and subjects of the Russian Federation are considered. Provides information about the level of budgetary security of subjects of the Russian Federation. It is concluded that due to differentiation in the level of development of territories, a reasonable combination of passive and active components of inter-budgetary regulation is necessary for their alignment.
