The problems of the re-socialization of convicts released from institutions executing sentences in the form of imprisonment, and ways to eliminate them

The article deals with the problems of the re-socialization of convicts released from institutions executing sentences in the form of imprisonment. Federal Law № 10-FL of February 6, 2023 «On Probation in the Russian Federation», which came into force not so long ago, is mentioned: objects and subjects of re-socialization of convicts are determined, statistics of persons who committed crimes are also provided, of which persons who previously committed crimes have been identified. At the end, the ways to eliminate these problems are determined.
