The problem of resource provision in terms of external constraints

For the normal functioning of the previously acquired abroad complex technical devices require regular maintenance using special materials and spare parts. In the conditions of international instability and sanctions restrictions on the supply of a number of goods to Russia, the performance of foreign equipment was under threat. To solve the problem, the authors propose to implement the so-called strategy of retroinnovation, which provides for the development of new technologies to maintain the machines and equipment in a shortage of spare parts and consumables. This strategy will significantly reduce the import dependence of the domestic economy, reduce the outflow of currency for the purchase of materials for repair, increase the level of economic security and will contribute to the creation of high-tech jobs in the areas of operation of equipment.
