Problem of balancing regional budgets

The special importance in terms of economic instability is the formation of the regional budget and ensure that it is balanced. Each of the RF subject should maintain the execution of its functions and powers. The article gives a comparative analysis of the balanced budgets of the RF subjects of the Southern Federal District, assessed the dynamics of income, expenditure and budget deficits, the state identified the main measures aimed at reducing the deficit of the regional budget.
