Problems of securizing banking assets in Uzbekistan

The article considers the possibility of transforming bank loans into securities in Uzbekistan. Investigation of securitization and the development of the banking system. The problems of this process are becoming more urgent and are being considered by a number of authors. A brief analysis of the literature on this issue allows us to draw practical conclusions on the solution of these problems.
