N.S. Leskov’s anti-nihilistic novel «Nowhere» reflects the era of «great changes». Throughout the story, the problems of family and marriage, human relationships, the upbringing of women, the destruction of the values of the Patriarchal family, the conflict of fathers and children, wives and husbands, the meaninglessness of the old and new life order are traced.
