The aviation complex and enterprise personnel's certification problems and organizations of the Samara region under the market conditions

In this article the authors consider issues of international experience, including it in technology park sand federal authorities on the uniform principles of ensuring productivity, quality and safety, and the widespread activity of staff in solving these problems. The authors believe that radical measures are needed to solve this problem, one of which is personnel certification of enterprises and organizations.
