Problems of social policy with regard to workers higher educational institutions

The article is devoted to the importance of effective social policies of the modern university as a necessary component of the process of quality education. Background research is confirmed by the fact that in the conditions of modern Russian economy social development of the organization necessary for the effective conduct of business, enhance social stability and living standards of workers. The need for the formation and implementation of social mechanisms in the modern organization is supported by scientific research. Higher education institution sees its purpose in approving the ideals of freedom and democracy, solving the problems of modernization of the Russian society; as a community of scholars, faculty, staff and students support the spirit of academic freedom and a high level of culture.
