Problems of social investments in territories with a specific mode of functioning

The article deals problems of social investments in the closed administrative-territorial formations of the Urals are considered. The need reasons formation of active investment policy of the state in the social sphere in these territories are allocated. The main problems of the social sphere of “the closed cities” are defined.
