Problems of contract correlation between owners of transport infrastructures providing transportation of passengers, with adjacent contractual constructions

The article deals with the problems of correlation of the contract between the owners of transport infrastructures providing transportation of passengers with adjacent contractual structures. The author discusses the features that allow distinguishing the considered contract from the contract of freight forwarding, lease, works contract, passengers transportation request, a contract between the infrastructure owner and the carrier, as well as the shipping arrangement contract. The author draws conclusions about the need to amend the current legislation. The relevance of the problem is due to the following. In connection with the increase in the number of passenger transportations by road, new types of contractual relations arise that regulate such transportations. Among them are agreements between owners of infrastructures that provide transportation of passengers. The specified contract is of great importance. It is becoming more widespread in practice.
