Problems of correlation between obligations from unjust enrichment and other types of civil law claims

The presented article is aimed at producing an analysis of the current state of the normative-legal regulation of civil-law claims in the Russian Federation, as a way of protecting civil rights. The main emphasis is placed on the study of the features of obligations from unjust enrichment, their signs and relationship with other types of civil-law claims. The authors analyze the problematic aspects arising in the relationship of obligations from unjust enrichment and restitution.
