Problems of the liability relations and leases of workers the location of disabled people in the Russian legislation

In this article, the author examines the previously unrelated ratio of the rent of jobs in the performance of the quota for the employment of disabled people and extra work. Legislative ways of solving the identified problems are proposed. Also in the article the author's interpretation of the concept under consideration is stated.
