Problems of improvement the penitentiary system under the laws of Russia and Mongolia

This article deals with the reforms that are proposed to be held in criminal executive system of the Russian Federation. The neighborhood of Russia and Mongolia suggests proximity and similarity of legislation between our countries. However, in Mongolia there are the distinctive features of reform of its penitentiary system.
