Problems of improving the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on legal acts

The author of the article considers relations between such the concepts as «regulatory legal act», «legal act» and «act on official interpretation of law»; definitions of entities that have the right to issue regulatory legal acts; the legal nature of regulatory decisions of the Constitutional Council and the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan.
