Problems of coming into being of the civil society in modern Russia

D.A. Medvedev, President of the Russian Federation time and again declared that no problem of the country can be solved without democracy and the civil society.developing. It's necessary to admit that formation of the civil society in modern Russia confronts with a number of problems of both objective and subjective nature which severely slow down this process. Some of these problems together with possible ways of their solution are given in this article.
