Problems of the formation of the soviet bar: its origin, its destruction and revival in the Soviet state

As is historically known, having been formed by 1917, after the October Revolution of 1917 the Bar in Russia was liquidated and outlawed. What was the reason for such a decision of the authorities of that time, how the Bar was revived, and what powers its human rights defenders were subsequently endowed with, we investigate in this article. As a result, the author comes to the following conclusions. Although in the period of formation and development of the Soviet Bar and was infringed in many areas, subjected to strict control by the authorities, in every way belittled by the authorities of the Soviet time, but the mentioned social and legal institution was still considered the most important human rights institution, which was necessary for the country in the difficult periods of its formation.
