Intellectual capital has become a key resource for modern companies. This type of capital includes the knowledge, skills, experience and innovative abilities of personnel. For competitiveness and long-term development of a company, it is necessary to actively invest in the development of intellectual capital. However, many companies face problems in stimulating staff to actively participate in the processes of developing intellectual capital. This article examines the main problems and features of stimulating personnel to develop intellectual capital that companies face, as well as possible ways to overcome them.
