Problems of structural analysis of legal culture

In article the author analyzes problems of structure of legal culture and allocation of separate elements of its structure. The review of the legal literature visually shows complexity and discrepancy of existing approaches to carrying out of the structural analysis of the studied phenomenon. The author comes to a conclusion that in logic structure of legal culture it is necessary to allocate qualitative conditions of such interconnected elements, as the low, sense of justice and lawful behavior.
