Problems of judicial representative in administrative legal proceedings, related to the presentation of the requirements of availability of representatives of higher legal education

The article discusses the legal problems associated with the presentation of increased qualification requirements to representatives in administrative court proceedings, in particular - the requirements for representatives of higher legal education. The positions of domestic researchers regarding the requirements for representatives of the representatives were studied. The shortcomings of the modern system of higher legal education are revealed, which do not allow to provide absolute advantages in the representation of interests in court to persons with a higher legal education.
