Problems of judicial protection of property ownership

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the existing methods of judicial protection of ownership of real estate, identify the most effective of them, compare vindication and restitution. The author raises the problem of impossibility of real legal protection in cases of fictitious and illegal transactions with real estate when the title and actual owner coincides. The obtained results of the study allow the most deeply reveal such a method as the recognition of ownership of the disputed real estate.
