Problems of the existing system interaction of public authorities of St. Petersburg with a population

The relevance of the research topic is conditioned by the fact that at the moment there are no effective forms and channels for interaction between the population and the state authorities of the subject of the Russian Federation. In this paper, the results of a survey of 250 respondents are presented, with a view to identifying the problems of interaction between the St. Petersburg state authorities and the population. This allowed the author to identify the attitude and involvement of citizens in interaction with the state authorities of St. Petersburg. In general, the study showed a low level of awareness of citizens about existing portals, centers and channels of interaction.
