Problems of sovereignty of the state in the conditions of globalization and information and communication processes

The article is devoted to the problems of the sovereignty of the state in the conditions of rapidly proceeding globalization processes and the improvement of information and communication technologies. Special attention is paid to the role of the state in sovereignty. This principle requires systematization in a single access to the basic principles of the relationship of state sovereignty with the interests of peoples and peoples living in the territory of one state with the sovereignty of other states. It is noted that, by virtue of unity and inalienability, state sovereignty cannot be limited and modified by global, information and communication, and other processes.
