Problems related to the illegal export of children from one country to another

The purpose of the study is to analyze the problems associated with the removal of children from one country to another. The article describes the procedure for resolving the issue of the child's place of residence, in case of divorce, in not only Russia, but also when one of the parents is a citizen of another country. The legal aspects of resolving disputes concerning children illegally abducted and taken from one country to another have been taken into account.
