Problems of technical regulation at ensuring fire safety at enterprises using wood-burning ceramic stoves

Requirements of fire safety for objects with use of wood ceramic furnaces for cooking, for the purpose of preparation of the standard of the organization are proved. The standard of the organization will allow to establish single requirements of fire safety for objects with use of ceramic furnaces in the territory of all subjects of the Russian Federation. Technical regulation is directed to simplification of process of forming of fire safety and elimination of a conflict of interest between bodies of the state fire supervision and heads of the organizations in view of the imposed excessive requirements of fire safety. The existing problem of bureaucratic barriers when ensuring fire safety to catering establishments needs to be solved to exclude obstacles for development of small and medium business in the Russian Federation.
