Problems of energy saving technology in construction

The article presents new problems and a new methodology for the design, construction and operation of buildings and structures, including the impact of automation technologies on energy efficiency. Such activities lead to new approaches to innovation, technology, as well as to the design, construction and renovation of buildings. A prerequisite is the precise coordination of design and construction technology, which can be supported in the design process by integrating a BIM system. (Building Information Modeling)
