Problems of interpretation of public danger as a distinctive feature in Russian crime

One of the traditional signs of criminality in criminology is a public danger and to this day its interpretation is not unambiguous on the part of the legislator, and also causes discussions about the need for its interpretation and addition. The article is devoted to the problems of interpretation of public danger in the criminological literature, as well as in the norms of criminal law, faced by scientific authors and law enforcement officers, and will also consider possible ways and means of solving this problem.
