Бесплатный доступ

Modern problems of migration have significantly changed the structure of society in modern Britain. Migration flows require adaptation in a new intercultural environment, which is often associated with solving a number of problems. At the same time, there is a decrease in adaptation opportunities and preferences of migrants with the change of generations. There is a new trend: representatives of the first generation of migrants are more adapted to the linguistic culture of the host country and socialized in British society, their children show a greater degree of commitment to the national mentality, as evidenced by various studies and surveys conducted in modern Britain. The aim of the article is to identify linguistic and socio-cultural problems associated with language change under the influence of migration.
