Problems of employment of graduates of pedagogical universities (on the example of Armavir State Pedagogical University)

Employment of young people, their adaptation and preparation for professional activities are still key tasks. The solution of which will ensure the implementation of many directions in increasing the socio-economic indicators of the country. The indicator of the employment of university graduates in their specialty is one of the criteria for assessing the effectiveness of an educational institution. The result of the educational policy of the university is the employment of a graduate who is able to respond to changes in government, social policy and the labor market.
