Problems of participation of representatives in the arbitration process

This article examines some problems associated with the participation of representatives in the arbitration process, related to the warrant and power of attorney, problems with their consideration, the fee for the services of a representative / lawyer and an attorney's request, as well as ways to solve them, changes in legislation in the use of exclusion and data prevention problems and opinions concerning lawyers, both theorists and practitioners, their reasoning and arrests about this problem.
