Problems of participation of small business entities, socially oriented non-commercial organizations in state and municipal purchases

The article is devoted to the analysis of the problems faced by small business entities and socially oriented non-profit organizations in the process of participating in state and municipal procurement. The paper examines key barriers such as the complexity of procedures and high competition with large companies, lack of resources for the preparation of tender documents, delays in payment for contracts and unfavorable contract terms. It also highlights the lack of awareness of small business entities and socially oriented non-profit organizations about the possibilities of participating in procurement and suggests ways to solve these problems, including simplification of procedures, strengthening support measures and the development of educational programs.
