The article deals with the problem of accounting and analytical support of innovative entrepreneurship. The financing of small innovative enterprises is complicated due to the problem of their accounting and analytical support. In this regard, the task of forming an adequate methodological support for innovative entrepreneurship is updated. The author gives the concept of “investment and innovation process”, as determined by the transition to a new technological system integration interaction with multi-faceted interests of social and economic systems (science, technology, economics, entrepreneurship, management, etc.), indicating the movement of production factors in the unity of investments and innovations; generated in a single cycle and under single management to ensure long-term sustainable innovative development of national economy. The author gives the description of stages of an innovation process: content, risks, sources of funding. The author have come to the conclusion that the formation of accounting and analytical support for innovative entrepreneurship requires the improvement of accounting and tax accounting, analysis and audit, facilitating the efficiency of small innovative enterprises. In the context of the stated problem the paper covers the problems solution of which will enable us to form an adequate methodological support of small innovative enterprises, providing efficient procedures for accounting, auditing, and analysis of the activity.
