Problems of accounting of mitigating circumstances in sentencing

This article considers the institution of circumstances mitigating punishment. The purpose of the study is to find ways to solve the problems that arise in the imposition of punishment in view of mitigating circumstances. The result is the legislative consolidation of some provisions related to this criminal law institute.
