Problems of movable and immovable property management at the municipality level and their economic value

Using methods of analysis and systematization, the author of the article examines the existing problems with movable property and real estate at the municipal level. The assets of municipal property objects are taken into account as part of the property - fixed assets, inventories of material circulating assets. Real estate is a prerequisite for production and the basis for any type of business activity. Estimating the value of property is an important economic fact during its operation.
