Problems of management of urban development activities in the conditions of Krasnodar krai

This article discusses the problems of managing urban planning activities in the Krasnodar Territory. It is revealed and substantiated that the sphere of urban planning is one of the most problematic for the Krasnodar Territory. A number of factors underlying the current situation in Krasnodar Region are considered. It is indicated in what ways it is possible to eliminate these problems.
