Change management in academic units of modern universities: British and Australian experience

The author presents an overview of studies on the problems of changes in management of higher education institutions in Australia and the UK. These experiments allow to evaluate the nature of the experience of foreign universities and the possibility of its use in the Russian practice, to predict the consequences of its implementation, as well as effectively manage changes within the academic units.
