This article describes the main problems of quality management in tourism companies, the factors influencing the occurrence of these problems and ways to solve them. The article includes a description of the organizational, legal and economic framework that contributes to an increase in the number of foreign tourists coming to Russia. One of the key points in this process is the development and improvement of tourist infrastructure.
