Problems of personnel management in agriculture of Kursk region

The skilled personnel support of agriculture in our country is one of current interest. Unstable geopolitical situation forces to raise food supply security question in our country and shows the necessity of stable economical growth. But that aim is impossible to reach without skilled and trained personnel. Besides the lack of funding and circumspect effective government support, a sever lack of personnel and a number of unsolved problems exist in agriculture as a whole. In this article the peculiarities and difficulties of personnel management in agriculture of the country and region are examined, the labor market analysis in agriculture of the Kursk region is conducted, the reasons of personnel lack are determined, the peculiarities of personnel recruitment are identified, which in its turn, are defined by monopsonic character of labor market and peculiarities of life in countryside. The result of this research is separation of 2 types of employers, depending on their employment terms, the analysis and evaluation of human resource management systems of different employers in the branch and elaboration of measures assigned to solve the problems connected with personnel lack is agriculture of the region. Also the scheme of participants of regional labor market cooperation concerning solution of human resourcing problems in agriculture, where regional government has a special role, also concerning specialized educational establishments and recruitment agencies is developed.
