Problems of entrepreneurial risk management in conditions of uncertainty

In today's dynamic economy there are many external and internal factors that affect both the processes within small, medium and large businesses and the end result of their activities. The environment creates conditions for the formation of risks. Entrepreneurial risk is organically related to entrepreneurial activity, as all the subjects of small, medium and large entrepreneurship function in conditions of uncertainty and volatile external environment. In such conditions strategically important and actual direction for subjects of small, medium and large entrepreneurship is the formation of risk management system. The article is devoted to the problems of entrepreneurial risk management faced by modern Russian subjects of small, medium and large entrepreneurship. The basic types of risks are considered, the essence and the content of the concept of risk is defined. The analysis revealed that the main types of entrepreneurial risk in Russia should include tax risks, project management risk, financial risks, corruption risks, risk associated with pandemics and sanctions. The main methods of risk management in the enterprise were also identified. The article used general scientific and special research methods.
