Problems of managing the processes of enterprise restructuring and the ways of their solution

This article considers the issues of managing the processes of restructuring of industrial enterprises of the Republic of Uzbekistan, develops a concept for carrying out this process, and proposes a matrix model of restructuring management, allowing enterprises to compete both in the domestic and foreign markets.
