Problems in managing social and economic processes (personality development) in the region

The article is devoted to the problem of lagging of population living standard behind the rate of economic growth as well as the points of conjugation between economic and social components of public development on the regional level. The author is making an attempt to highlight the reasons, determining multi-dimension of economic development vectors and increase in quality of life of population.
