Problems of establishment and existence of protective zones of cultural heritage objects

The article analyzes the conditions for creating protective zones around cultural heritage objects. According to the authors, such protective measures should have been a form of counteraction to the illegal development of territories that are inextricably linked with monuments accepted for state protection.
