Problems of an establishment public easement in territory of quarter (micro district) of the developed housing estate

The article analyzes the process of establishing a public easement in the quarter (neighborhood), established residential area of settlement. Conclusions about the need to complement the Land Code of the Russian Federation rule regarding the definition of criteria significant disadvantage of a plot by its owner in connection with the action of a public easement, as well as the need to establish procedures for designing a public easement in the development of project planning and survey of built-up area.
