The problems of steady development of the regional systems

The actual problems of regional transition in Russian Federation to the steady type of development are examined. The necessity of regional structure regarding is shown as social, economic and ecological subsystems of the whole system. The inadequacy of traditional economical efficiency to the principles and aims of steady development is settled down, the necessity of turning to factors of ecologic- economical efficiency is shown.
